One-on-One Training

For free, in the comfort of your home, learn the basics of body language, vocal delivery, comedy, and negotiation. 


Each lesson will last an hour to an hour-and-a-half and take place on Google Meet™.

No prior experience is needed. This course is designed to get students with little-to-no experience out of their shell and understanding the basics. Students at least be in middle school. For any questions, contact us.


Students will grow more confident in themselves and as speakers, improvisers, and deal-makers. They will learn the basics of body language, vocal delivery, comedy, and negotiation.


Students will be taught by an improv group founder and decorated competitive extemporaneous speaker.


Students will learn at their own pace and take as many lessons as they would like.


Phase 1: Confidence & Body/Vocal Language

  • Mindset of a speaker
  • Tips for inward confidence
  • Keys to portraying confidence
  • Keys to vocal delivery

Phase 2: Structure & Comedy

  • Crafting an elevator pitch
  • Crafting a longer speech
  • Making a memorable speech
  • How to make a joke
  • Basics of improv

Phase 3: Negotiation

  • Traditional bargaining & its pitfalls
  • Mindset of a negotiator
  • Understanding the other side
  • Making yourself likeable
  • Physical & verbal "hacks"

Phase 4: Conflict Resolution

  • Diffusing the other side
  • Demonstrating understanding
  • Getting the other side to "play the game"
  • Physical & verbal "hacks"


Dates are flexible. Students or their parents will contact their instructor to set a time and day for each lesson (1–1.5 hours long). If a student cannot attend a lesson, that student (or that student's parents) must cancel the lesson at least 24 hours before it would have taken place.
